Deep amber color, full bodied, rich, and complex Palatial wine with elegant aromas of dry fruits and herb notes. Jammed yellow plums and roasted pears flavors. Featuring mineral and long finish with silky tannins. Made with choice Rkatsiteli grapes fermented and aged in Qvevri (terracotta clay vessel) on skins and seeds for eight months using natural yeasts per ancient Georgian method.
